2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form (name and email address), as well as technical data derived from your browsing (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access).
3. Purposes of processing
We use your information to send you updates about real estate crowdlending opportunities in the Dominican Republic, respond to your queries, improve the website and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your express consent when subscribing to the newsletter and on our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the platform. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your subscription remains active and afterwards for the periods required by Dominican law. Once those periods have elapsed, your data will be securely deleted.
